Only the official Team 11 website offers the option to download the App; simply click Get App Link. 

• Go to the team11nepal.com. 
• You will find the link to download the app.
• If you kept privacy on an unknown source in your phone's settings, you could receive the permission message; you must allow it.

• After downloading the app, you will access the log-in; you can see a sign-up button below.
• Fill in all the personal details required, including your phone number.
• Click on "Send OTP" to receive the OTP on the number you have saved.
• You must enter a valid Gmail address since you must use your Gmail ID to verify.
• You can log into your account and begin playing right away after signing up.

Click the more button, then go to the view KYC page, provide all the necessary information, and finally submit it; your KYC will be verified within 24 hrs.

To change your password, click the "Forgot Password" link, enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a One Time Password to do so within a short while!

You can create only one account on Team11. Multiple account opening is prohibited and is against our FairPlay policy.

You can only withdraw your winnings after 24rs (working days) from your Team11 account using the redeem Credit Points option (KYC should be verified). Submit your account number, and after verification of the account number, you can withdraw your winning account. Redeemable points must be at least 100, which is equal to 100 Rupees. At the time of redemption, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be deducted, and the balance will be transferred to the Customer's account.

Note: Withdrawal can be done only with winning credit points.
