We would like to inform all Team11 users that, as per the new tax system effective from 12:00 pm, Chaitra 6, 2081 (March 19, 2025), the following tax regulations will be applied:
- 13% VAT will be charged on Credit Point deposits.
- 25% TDS will be deducted on Withdrawals.
- This change has been implemented in accordance with the tax policy of the Government of Nepal.
Team11 का सम्पूर्ण प्रयोगकर्ताहरूलाई जानकारी गराउन चाहन्छौँ कि २०८१ साल चैत्र ६ गते दिउसो १२:०० बजे देखि लागू हुने नयाँ कर प्रणाली अन्तर्गत, अब क्रेडिट पोइन्ट डिपोजिट गर्दा १३% VAT तथा Withdraw गर्दा २५% TDS कर लाग्नेछ। यो परिवर्तन नेपाल सरकारको कर नीति अनुसार लागु गरिएको हो।
Details of the New Tax System (नयाँ कर प्रणालीको विवरण):
१. 13% VAT on Deposit (डिपोजिट गर्दा १३% VAT):
- When depositing Credit Points on Team11, a 13% VAT will be added to the total amount:
(अब Team11 मा क्रेडिट पोइन्ट डिपोजिट गर्दा कुल पोइन्मा १३% VAT लाग्नेछ। उदाहरणका लागि):
For Example:
- If you deposit 1,000, a 13% VAT will be applied, making the total amount 884 and also after the VAT 1 Credit Point will cost Rs.1.13 .
( यदि तपाईंले १,००० डिपोजिट गर्नुभयो भने, १३% VAT लागू हुनेछ, जसले कुल रकमलाई ८८४ बनाउनेछ। साथै, VAT लागेपछि १ क्रेडिट पोइन्टको लागत रु. १.१३ पर्नेछ।)
२. 25% TDS on Withdrawal (Withdrawal गर्दा २५% TDS):
- When withdrawing funds from Team11, 25% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applicable based on the user’s net of the year.
Team11 बाट Withdraw गर्दा २५% TDS:
1) If the customer has withdrawn less than the Deposit: TDS will not be deducted. ( हालसम्म यदि ग्राहकले Deposit गरेको भन्दा कम withdrawal गरेको छ भने: TDS Deduct हुने छैन।)
2) If the customer has withdrawn more than the Deposit: 25% TDS will be deducted.( हालसम्म यदि ग्राहकले Deposit गरेको भन्दा धेरै withdrawal गरेको छ भने: २५% TDS Deduct गरिनेछ।
For Example (उदाहरणका लागि):
- If your user have won more than Deposit point, then 25% TDS will be deducted till user have net winnings.
यदि प्रयोगकर्ताको winnings point डिपोजिट गरिएको क्रेडिट पोइन्टभन्दा बढी छ भने, २५% TDS Deduct गरिनेछ।
How Will This Tax System Affect Users?
This tax system, implemented as per the Government of Nepal’s policy, ensures financial transparency for players. Additionally, since TDS is not applicable in case of losses, this taxation approach maintains fairness in tax management.
